An eye for detail.
A love of character.
I’m Charles, a sculptor, figure painter, and workshop instructor. I’m drawn to anatomy, character, and the small details that make a piece feel alive. Much of my time goes into painting: skin tones, shadows, eyes, and the way different surfaces catch the light.
Luminary Studios is my sculpture and painting practice. That’s where you can explore the full project galleries and learn more about commissioning a piece.
In April 2024, I asked r/Philippines how a local sculpture artist could make a living. The advice was to look beyond the Philippines. Since then, my work has reached collectors in the US, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Japan, and the UK.

Teaching
